Mike was extremely helpful! He communicated all the time and was able to resolve all of our issues. His team even went an extra step to diagnose a very weird issue we were having with our Volvo. Will for sure be coming back. We used our endurance extended warranty and got our car back within 4 days

For months, I had this electrical issue that I couldn’t figure out myself. Car would start, drive like normal, and would just throw every light on the dash possible. A/C would not work, steering wheel controls, turn signals, etc. Turning it off and back on would upset the car to the point where I would have to wait for well over 30 minutes for everything to go into sleep. Back to normal when the car would sit for well over an hour. Thinking of the worst possible outcome, I thought it was for sure going to be a module or something that would be costly to repair/replace. Took it in, they suspected the battery was the outlier. They replaced the battery and the car has been great. Paying roughly $500 for a full electrical diag and battery felt easy compared to going to other shops that could’ve easily taken advantage. Been roughly a month since my visit and the car has been good. They’re honest and very detailed every time I’ve taken my car or a family member’s for any car troubles.

Cruz N X Cars was there to help when I needed them. The service team was polite and attentive. The problem has been resolved and I will return.

I got some regular maintenance done with Cruz-N-Carz and an inspection. I’ve gone to both locations in Pearland and both teams were very helpful. The wait at the Main St. location was much shorter but it’s also a smaller location so keep that in mind when scheduling. I definitely recommend them for your car needs, 10/10 experience and recommendation!

Cruz-N-Carz did an excellent job on my 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance after I installed lowering springs. I really appreciated that they took their time and made sure they had the correct Model Y Performance in their system before starting the alignment. They aligned everything perfectly, took the car out for a test drive, and double-checked that the suspension was performing properly and everything was good to go. The whole process was quick and professional — I was in and out in no time. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire experience. It’s hard to find shops that take the time to do things right, especially when you’re dealing with a modified vehicle. I would definitely recommend Cruz-N-Carz to anyone needing an alignment, suspension work, or any other automotive service. Great experience from start to finish! 🚗💯

I left my 2014 Lexus GX overnight at Cruz N Carz automotive to have AC diagnostic’s run. Mike and his crew checked it out thoroughly and found no issues. They offered me advice on the settings of the AC that seems to help. Time will tell and will return if needed. Ricky, Mike and his crew are great, you are fortunate to have them at Cruz N Carz.

The truck would not start. Towed to the shop on Ella st in Pearland Texas. In the afternoon. The next morning the service advisor called at 8:00 am and they had diagnosed two different wirirring problems and a fuse box issue. They quoted me a price and I agreed. They repaired the issues and we were able to pick-up the truck that afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. They walked us through exactly what they had repaired. I would definitely use them again and refer family and friends. Thank you for the fast turnaround to get us back on the road.

Love theses ppl. Both of there shops in Pearland are great. If u are a person that needs to discuss what u think and feel this place is the best. They listen and don't make u feel like your an annoyance to them. They will take u back and literally show u certain things that are or could be a problem. I'm a person who does my own work.....shops can be expensive also Ive always felt like I don't trust what they are doing but cruz n carz I do at this point. If I ever decide to not want to do my own work or can't this place is where I'm going. ❤️ They are also very quick and efficient. Again if and when I need a shop I will go no where else.

I have a 4wd Jeep Cherokee which was having uneven tire wear and alignment issues. I took it in, they gave me options on the repair and fixed it right! They even took pictures of some other problem areas so I could see what areas might be issues later. They were clear and transparent with issues and the staff is extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this shop!

If you are a woman stay away from this place as they claim to be women friendly but are quick to scam you and then claim you misunderstood. I was taken for $2,300 dollars. I came in with a low coolant level light coming on issue. My AC was working fine just blowing hot air. I was told by Joseph that I needed a whole new AC system and that would fix the problem. They kept my car for about a week. They finally told me to come and pick up the car that the issue was fixed. After driving the car for about 30 minutes the low coolant level light came back on! When I brought the car back I was told that this was a different issue and that I had misunderstood them. At this time I am definitely thinking no work was done on my car at all because the same way I brought the car in is the same way I picked it up. I still have a LOW COOLANT LEVEL light ON and 2,300 dollars less in my pocket. Plus the owner Rick is really worried about bad reviews, and has threaten to press charges on us for writing bad reviews claiming this is harassment! Laughable!!!

cruz n carz prides itself on not scamming women but thats not true. They scammed my mom out of THOUSANDS and they could care less, they lie to her face about what the issue was and told her that she needed a brand new ac system because hers wasnt blowing out cold air so after my mom pays and picks it up we think the issue is fixed but the same issue pops up again which is that the air stops blowing out cold. We took it back to them and they tell my mom to her face "thats another issue that we can fix but you denied it" and its like? WE TOOK THE CAR TO GET THE AIR FIXED NOT TO GET IT REPLACED WHICH IS WHAT THEY TOLD US THAT THE CAR NEEDED. These people scam so save yourself the money, the issues, the trouble and please choose somewhere else and dont worry rick we'll be reporting you guys since yall want to stay scamming people.

I made an appt for 10am. Got there at 10 am and was told that it would be a few minutes as the last vehicle was finishing. They took inspections, etc that came in after me. Finally, at 11:30 my car was pulled in to have an oil change. It was done quickly and I was out at noon, but I was late to my next appt. Receptionist told me twice that it would be soon when they took my car in, which it wasn't so I waited. I didn't appreciate the misinformation and the vehicles that came in after that had no appt and left before my car was taken in. I had a good experience the 1st time I came here, but I probably won't be back.

Cruz N Carz did an awesome job and had my vehicle back to me the same day. Had to have front and back suspension parts replaced and I really appreciate Joe showing and explaining to me exactly what work was need and why. Very friendly staff and a nice over facility/shop. Waiting rooms great especially if you have little ones. Will be back for future work and alignments thanks Joe and team for everything and helping with pricing options.

I had work done on my Mazda6 after my check engine light came on, the service from Brian and one of the mechanics helped with understand what was wrong and provided pictures to the problem. I got a few things done and the pricing wasn’t outrageous. My car drives great now and it’s legal and I don’t have much issues. You get what you pay for and I would go again if I had issues.
