At Cruz-N-Carz, we not only want to help you with your maintenance and repairs, but we also want to educate you on proper car care. We proudly offer digital vehicle inspections at our shop(s), which allow our trained technicians to be fully transparent when it comes to diagnosing your car and recommending the right services.
What Is a Digital Inspection
A digital vehicle inspection allows you to be in the know at every point throughout the inspection. Our unique software enables our technicians to capture photos and videos of your vehicle while we perform the inspection. It’s the closest you can get without being right under the hood with our mechanics.
What to Expect with a Digital Inspection
Throughout the assessment, we can send content straight to your personal device for immediate updates and feedback. You are able to visually see any pain points that your car may have and better understand what repairs are recommended and why. Rather than trusting our word, you can make your own judgment with the evidence in your hands. Plus, you have the flexibility to approve or deny the suggested services on the spot.

How long does a digital inspection take versus a regular one?
A digital inspection takes about the same time as a traditional one, since the difference is in how the findings are documented, not in how the vehicle is checked.
Your technician photographs and notes issues as they go, so the extra step is capturing evidence rather than adding hours. Reach out to Cruz-N-Carz in Pearland and we'll get your inspection scheduled.
Does a digital inspection cost more than a regular one?
No, a digital inspection doesn't cost extra just for the photos and video, it's simply how we document what we find, not an added service you're paying for.
Our expert
team at Cruz-N-Carz in Pearland builds it into the inspection itself, so you get the added transparency at no additional cost.
Can I share my digital inspection report with someone else, like a family member or another mechanic?
Yes, your report is yours to share however you'd like, whether that's texting it to a family member, forwarding it to a partner, or getting a second opinion elsewhere.
We want you to feel confident in the recommendations, not just take our word for it. Reach out to Cruz-N-Carz if you have any trouble accessing or sharing your report.
